✅ 1½ cups extra firm tofu, pressed & cubed (~14 oz)
Base & Vegetables
✅ 1 cup snow peas (~3 oz)
✅ 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
✅ ½ cup green onion, bias cut
✅ 1 cup matchstick carrots (~5 oz)
✅ 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice (1 lime)
✅ 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
✅ ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (~1 bunch)
Pasta Base (Choose One):
✅ 8 oz dry rice Pad Thai noodles (~12 oz cooked)
✅ 2½ cups riced cauliflower (~10 oz) (Keto)

Sauce & Seasonings
✅ 1½ cups Pad Thai sauce (~11.8 oz)
✅ 1 tsp avocado oil
✅ 2 Tbsp sesame oil
