✅ 14 oz Extra Firm Tofu (pressed & cubed, vegan option)


Base & Vegetables:

✅ 14 oz Stir Fry Rice Noodles (or 14 oz Brown Rice Noodles)

✅ 1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced thin)

✅ 1 Green Onion (sliced)

✅ 1 lb. Carrots (matchstick cut)

✅ 1 Fresh Cilantro Bunch (chopped)

✅ 1 Garlic Clove (minced)

✅ 1 oz Fresh Ginger (grated)


Dressing & Sauce Ingredients:

✅ ⅔ cup Peanut Butter (creamy)

✅ 3 tbsp Soy Sauce

✅ 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

✅ 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice

✅ 1 tbsp Tamarind Powder

✅ 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

✅ 1 tbsp Sriracha (adjust for heat preference)
