This elegant dish celebrates the vibrant flavors of spring. Our chef recommends shrimp, but you can customize your meal with your choice of protein.

✅ Chicken Breast – 24 oz (pounded thin in a sealed bag)
✅ Salmon – 24 oz (cut into 6 oz fillets)
✅ Beef Sirloin – 24 oz (trimmed & thinly sliced)
✅ Beyond Meatballs – 20 oz (2 packs)
✅ Tofu – 28 oz (pressed, cubed & coated in cornstarch before cooking)
Base & Vegetables:
✅ Orzo – 16 oz or Cauliflower Rice – 20 oz (low-carb option)
✅ Chicken or Vegetable Broth(Vegetarian option​) – 64 oz (32oz reserved for client reheat)
✅ Butter – 6 oz
✅ Shallot – 4 oz (minced)
✅ Fresh Garlic – 4 oz (minced)
✅ Asparagus or Green Beans– 16 oz (trimmed & cut into 1-inch pieces)
✅ Parm Cheese Pecorino Romano (5oz) –(freshly grated)
✅ Vegan Cheese Parmesan 5oz  (for dairy-free/vegetarian option)
