✅ 1 cup cucumber, diced (~8 oz, 1 medium)

✅ 1 red bell pepper, diced (~6 oz)

✅ ½ small red onion, thinly sliced (~4 oz)

✅ ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (~1 oz)

Cheese & Olives

✅ 1 cup herbed feta cheese, crumbled (~6 oz)

✅ ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved (~4 oz)

Dressing & Seasonings
