🍜 Ingredients:

Protein (Choose One):

✅ 1½ lbs chicken breast or thigh, sliced thin

✅ 1½–2 lbs shrimp, peeled & deveined

✅ 1 block (14 oz) extra-firm tofu, pressed & cubed

Base & Vegetables:

✅ 14 oz stir-fry noodles*

✅ 2 tbsp sesame oil (or peanut, canola, olive), divided

✅ 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced

✅ 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional but recommended)

✅ ½ onion, finely sliced

✅ 2 bell peppers (red & green), finely sliced

✅ 2 carrots, cut into thin matchsticks

✅ 4 cups broccoli florets (about 2 medium crowns)

✅ 2 green onions, sliced (for cooking + garnish)

Garlic Ginger Lo Mein Sauce:

✅ 8 tbsp soy sauce

✅ 4 tbsp hoisin sauce

✅ ½ tsp ground ginger

✅ 4 tsp honey

✅ 8 tbsp sesame oil
