Hummus Base:

✅ 1 can chickpeas (15.5 oz), drained & rinsed

✅ ¼ cup tahini

✅ 2 tbsp avocado oil

✅ 1 clove fresh garlic

✅ Juice of 1 fresh lemon

Seasonings:

✅ 1 tsp kosher salt

✅ ½ tsp butcher-cut black pepper

✅ ½ tsp ground cumin

✅ ½ tsp paprika (plus more for garnish, optional)

Fresh Veggies & Sides:

✅ 1 red bell pepper, sliced

✅ 1 lb. fresh carrots, cut into sticks

✅ 8 oz celery sticks

✅ 6 oz pita chips

✅ Pita bread, cut into wedges
