Beef with Broccoli (your choice of protein)
Tender slices of beef seared to perfection and tossed with crisp broccoli, carrots, and onions in a rich soy-sesame glaze. Served over your choice of steamed white rice, noodles, or cauliflower rice for a low-carb twist. Also available with chicken, shrimp, or tofu. Finished with toasted sesame seeds and your choice of egg roll on the side.
Ingredients:
Protein (Choose One):
✅ 1½ lbs. beef flank steak
✅ 1½ lbs. chicken thigh, boneless & skinless
✅ 2 lbs. shrimp (31–40), peeled & deveined
✅ 1 block (14 oz) extra firm tofu, pressed & cubed
Base & Vegetables:
✅ 4 cups broccoli florets
✅ 1 medium yellow onion, sliced thin
✅ 1 cup carrots, matchstick
✅ 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
✅ 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
✅ 4 cups cooked white rice or 3 cups stir fry rice noodles
✅ 2 cups riced cauliflower
Sauce & Seasonings:
✅ 6 tbsp soy sauce
✅ 2 tbsp brown sugar
✅ 1 tbsp sesame oil
✅ 2 tbsp cornstarch
✅ 1 tbsp sesame seeds
